5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the application, including design, code, texts, and trademarks, remain with Allonsy GmbH. You are only granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

The content you enter (inventory data) remains your property.

6. Availability and Maintenance

We strive for high availability of the service but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance work and unforeseen outages may affect availability.

We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the service at any time. In case of permanent discontinuation, we will notify you in advance.

7. Liability

7.1 Limitation of Liability

Use of ShelfLife is at your own risk. The service is merely a tool for inventory management and does not replace your own inspection of food items.

• We are not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated information (e.g., estimated expiry dates)
• We are not liable for damage caused by spoiled food
• We are not liable for data loss due to force majeure or technical failures

7.2 Disclaimer

For free provision of the service, we are only liable for intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to damage to life, body, or health.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

9.1 Termination by You
